This service is provided without any warranty or guarantee as to its accuracy, and usage of this service or website is at your own risk. Once you have paid for your Life in the UK Test, we will contact you within 24 - 48 working hours to confirm your booking via email. If you have not received your test confirmation within 24 working hours of making your payment then please contact us at info@englishlifetests.com immediately with your payment reference number and booking number. (Please note that working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays and all National United Kingdom Holidays).

What we do with your information - Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used for booking your life in the UK test on line. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
Cancellations - All cancellations are carried out within 48 hours when requested. However, we need 7 working days notice before the test is due to take place, to enable a cancellation of the booking without forfeiting the full amount. Rescheduling a test is included as part of the booking service. Please note that all cancellations can be charged an amount of up to 15% of the full original payment. Once a payment has been processed, a booking fee will be deducted from all original payments if they are cancelled for unforeseen reasons by Booklifeintheuktest.org or the candidate. If you do not forward on the correct information and your test is cancelled or do not cancel your test in time or simply do not show up for your test you will be still be charged an administration and cancellation fee. Once a refund has been issued by englishlifetests.com, it can take between 3-5 working days for the funds to successfully be reversed back to the original method of payment.
